Three photos usually identify a Koyo bearing.
If the reference on your list is short or missing, photograph the outer ring marking, the packaging label and the full assembly. Use daylight, keep the camera close, and avoid glare on the steel.

What should I send if the bearing suffix is missing?+
Send the reference you have, a clear photo of the marking, and the equipment model and bearing position. Tell us which items still need confirming. We complete the suffix, configuration and assembly details before quoting, and any technical change needs your approval.
Can I put bearings and mounting parts on one inquiry?+
Yes. Bearings, adapter sleeves, housings and related mounting parts can go on the same inquiry. List each mounting part as a separate line with its reference and quantity, so the full assembly is quoted and nothing is missing at shutdown.
Receiving check: on delivery, please check product labels, quantities and appearance. If anything differs from your order, contact us with your order number and photos at info@jpkoyo.com or on WhatsApp +86 152 691 88020, and we will handle it.
